Biomechanical custom insole concept

Individual and tailored to the needs of the sport

The individual golf insole, based on a preceding computer-supported biomechanical four-phase golf swing analysis, offers your feet improved stability on uneven surfaces, with the integrated support and cushioning elements helping to prevent strain and injury.

A carbon chassis ensures optimal guiding of the foot through the movements of the four phases of the golf swing.

When manufacturing your individual golf insole, in addition to taking account of your medical complaints and the findings of the movement analysis we also take note of your personal performance requirements. We also differentiate between whether you play your strokes left or right handed.

A durable elastic cushioning foam and stress-relieving elements modelled on your requirements serve to reduce pain in the foot and leg that often has its origins in muscular imbalances or defective positions.

Golf swing analysis

The sport of golf involves a good deal of walking and golfers may walk up to 12 kilometres in a game. As a consequence, imbalances in the foot and leg can become a considerable problem. As golfers requires a good deal of mental concentration when playing their strokes, pain or fatigue, particularly in the musculoskeletal system, can lead to a severe limitation of the swing. The optimal dialogue between green and feet is offered by an insole that supports feet and legs at the decisive moment of executing the swing, via a perfect distribution of pressure.

The illustration to the left shows an insole for a golfer with a right-handed swing. The blue areas of the insole symbolise soft zones. This lowering of the foot, which only has an effect with a shifting of weight, ensures that the foot is guided in a manner that has an optimal effect on the swing. At the same time, the sheath construction ensures a stable basic position that also has a positive effect in uneven areas (bunkers etc.). This creates an improved control of the swing via the foot. Shifting of weight is made easier, and the swing optimised as a result. The foot continues to receive support in "normal" situations as well. Those accustomed to wearing support insoles are sure to have sorely missed these on an 18-hole golf course, with around 8-10 kilometres behind them.
